Forest exercise reduces risk of cardiovascular disease by 4.7%

I know that forests have healing effects, but

I heard it reduces the incidence of cardiovascular disease too...

Once the heat subsides, I should go hiking with the kids often.

When I'm at home with the kids, all we do is watch TV and bicker...

Taking care of my health and spending quality time with my family... haha
