I walked a little over six kilometers by power walking this morning.

I'm still on one meal a day.

I've adapted a lot now, so I'm not very hungry.

I will control my diet until this Thursday.

After this, I plan to increase my exercise while eating a normal diet.

 

You worked hard today.
