Please recommend a sunscreen or cushion foundation for acne-prone skin.

My skin is so sensitive that it's hard for me to even use sunscreen or makeup. I don't know why it itches and stings so much just when I apply sunscreen. I'm curious if it's because I have acne-prone skin, or if it's normal for other people to experience itching and stinging when they wear makeup.

If you know of any gentle sunscreens or cushions, please recommend them.
