It's the Namsan color.
I tested it at the store and bought Namsan, a color slightly lighter than shade 21.
The color applies brightly and blends with your skin tone as time goes by.
The advantage is that it applies thinly and adheres well.
The coverage isn't very strong, but it looks nice even when it starts to wear off, so I like it.
It has low oiliness, so it provides good skin coverage.
