Clips Cushion No. 21

This is a cushion foundation that offers great satisfaction for its price. I bought it because I found it a hassle to apply with a puff during the summer, and I am very satisfied with its good value. I use shade 21, but it feels slightly bright. I think it would be perfect if mixed with a shade 23 liquid foundation!
