This is Hanskin Blemish Cover Concealer.
It's great for covering blemishes and acne marks, so I find myself reaching for it often!
My shade is around 21 or 22, but the Light shade is too bright and the Natural shade is a bit too dark, so I blend the two colors.
Hanskin base products actually have surprisingly good coverage, and the price range isn't bad, so they are worth trying.
