Portable Luna Tip Concealer~

This is the Luna Tip Concealer I'm using to cover dark circles. My dark circles are particularly noticeable, and my skin itself has a thin protective film and uneven redness. I found that lightly applying the foundation to the dark circle areas before using it on my entire base made a significant difference. The advantage is that it is easy to carry and convenient to apply.
