Is cleansing oil effective?

You know how a lot of people say rolling with cleansing oil is good for sebum and blackheads?

I've been doing this consistently for a while, but I don't feel like it has any particular effect on my sebum.

Is everyone seeing good results?

I'm not sure if it's a product issue, but rolling with oil isn't effective.

For those who have seen results with cleansing oil for sebum removal, please recommend some products!
