Is Neutrogena mildly acidic cleansing foam okay?

The foam cleanser I recently opened leaves a slippery residue even after washing my face several times.

I bought this foam cleanser because I remembered it leaving my skin squeaky clean when I went to Costco.

I checked after the accident and it's slightly acidic?

Since I have oily skin, I was worried whether it would cleanse thoroughly even if I used a mildly acidic product.

I'm currently debating whether or not to get a refund.

Has anyone tried using this?
