The texture does look really thick.
I had to press the tube a bit harder than I expected for the product to come out, so it was a little inconvenient every time I used it.
However, it isn't seriously thick, and I can feel a slightly chewy softness, so I'm using it thinking it's reasonably okay.
It is a cleansing foam with a formula that lathers well, so I don't think you need to scoop out too much to use.
When I actually touched the texture, it felt firm yet very creamy, so it was soft and nice haha.
If you wet it and rub it well, a rich lather is created, making it possible to wash your face with minimal irritation.
Also, the fragrant scent lingered subtly, so it felt good to wash my face while smelling it.
I think it's good because it washes well without leaving my skin feeling tight. It allows for a moisturizing and gentle cleanse, and I liked that it felt thoroughly clean rather than feeling like it wasn't washed properly.
