A 30-Something's Cleansing Routine (Enzyme Cleanser, Cleansing Oil, Cleansing Foam, Pore Pack)
hello !
Cleansing routine I'm going to share this ^^
As I entered my 30s, my skin wasn't what it used to be.
In my 20s, I hardly ever wore sunscreen or used cleansing oil; I was just busy doing my makeup.
Even though every media outlet said it was important, why didn't anyone hear it back then?
Only now Sunscreen and cleansing are absolute essentials. I realized that...
To everyone reading this Make sure to apply sunscreen. Even on rainy or snowy days.
You can save money in advance... Don't get hit with a blemish bomb like me and end up spending a fortune on lasers^^
Also, I heard that sunscreen cannot be washed off with foam cleanser alone... (I only found this out late, too ㅠㅠ)
Make sure to use oil oil painting After washing thoroughly, please do a second cleanse with foam!
I'll share the cleansing products I use!
These are Manyo Factory Cleansing Oil, Cellfusionc Rebalance Papaya Peel, Innisfree Foam Cleanser, and Innisfree Volcanic Clay Pore Pack!
They are all such famous products, aren't they?
1. Manyo Factory Pure Cleansing Oil
This is a cleansing oil for the first step of cleansing! I've tried cleansing milks and various oils, but I tend to prefer oils because they definitely remove makeup effectively and help control sebum as well.
Manyo Factory Cleansing Oil is the product I am most satisfied with because the price is just right. It is also very easy to purchase.
Cleansing oil needs to emulsify well, and the Manyo Factory product definitely emulsifies well, so I could really feel like my face was being cleansed properly! Especially when I wear foundation or heavy makeup, I pump the cleansing oil one more time to remove it thoroughly.
There are many other good products, but since Manyo Factory is relatively affordable, I am using this product!
I've already used more than 4 bottles of this product.
2. Innisfree Bija Cleansing Foam
I've tried a lot of different cleansing foams! I'm not really picky about them ^^ I'm the type who just tries out whatever is popular. I liked Senka Perfect Whip, but since it's a Japanese product, I switched to a Korean one! However, Innisfree Bija Cleansing Foam is also great; it leaves your skin squeaky clean and lathers well! I have combination skin with a lot of sebum, so I like a squeaky-clean feeling when washing. They say being too squeaky clean isn't good for the skin, but people with oily skin know, right? That you only feel truly clean when the oil is washed away...! When it was recently renewed, I ordered it online as usual, but I thought I had ordered the wrong thing~~~ The packaging had completely changed, so I had to double-check to make sure it was the right product I bought, haha.
I really like the Innisfree foam line overall! The Green Tea one is also nice because it's gentle. I think you should just buy the one that suits your skin type. (I use up foams really fast, so I always make sure to stock up on at least 5.)
3. Cell Fusion C Rebalancing Papaya Peel
I'm still using the 6 bottles of this product I stocked up on at the duty-free shop a long time ago, haha. It surprisingly doesn't seem to run out!
As I mentioned earlier, I have oily skin, so I get an Aqua Peel at the dermatologist's office as early as every two weeks, or at most once a month! However, when I get too busy with life to visit the clinic, I get a Papaya Peel instead.
Perhaps because it's a derma product, it isn't irritating! When I have oily skin, I just lightly wet my hands and rub the papaya peel on my nose to remove blackheads. For a second step, I lather it up nicely with my hands, apply it to my face like a mask for about 1-2 minutes, and then wash it off.
4. Innisfree Volcanic Pore Pack
I’d also like to introduce a pore pack that I don’t use every day, but do about once every two weeks!
This product is also one of Innisfree's steady bestsellers, isn't it? I've been getting it by participating in the Innisfree empty bottle promotion, haha. When I can't go to the dermatologist, I use the papaya peel to remove sebum and the pore pack to tighten my skin!
After doing my cleansing routine before washing, I put on a face mask, use my phone, and then wash everything off while showering.
The texture is important for a face mask, so I took a picture of the texture!
The texture is a soft cream type that glides on easily on the face.
It's a bit embarrassing, but I also took a picture to show what it looks like on my face~!
Apply it, wait about 10 minutes for it to harden, and then wash it off.
The sink gets a bit messy if I just wash my face, so I tend to do a face mask before showering haha.
How did you like the introduction to the cleansing routine?
I don't use cleansing products that are *too* expensive!
Since I use it every day, I don't want to be stingy with it! Also, unlike basic skincare lines, you don't really feel a dramatic difference just because a product is expensive. I recommend derma products for those with very sensitive skin! (Like MD brands prescribed by dermatologists, for example^^) I have been using the product above for a long time and am satisfied with it!
My skin aged faster than I expected, and it's hard to turn back time... The years that have passed feel so cruel...!
Let's start taking good care of our skin from now on to protect it.
Thank you for reading this long post ^^ Have a great day today, sisters~~~~~~!
