Cleansing product I have been using for n years

Let me introduce the cleansing water I use 365 days a year! Haha. Sometimes I soak a cotton pad with it, and other times I put it in a foaming dispenser and massage it in with my hands. It removes makeup so well that I find myself buying it again and again. I found out that this product is also often used to refine skin texture before applying makeup! I always thought you had to wash your face with it, so I guess the ingredients are just that gentle. A great tip is that it makes it convenient to lightly dampen a cotton pad or swab with it to touch up your eyeliner or remove makeup when it clumps or looks cakey!
