A really refreshing cleanser

I use INCELLDERM ACTIVE CLEAN-UP POWER. Before I started using it, the person who recommended it mentioned that it makes the skin feel very moisturized. Indeed, after using it, my skin felt refreshed and fresh, and after a while, it felt hydrated. Since it is in powder form, I sprinkle an appropriate amount onto my palm and mix it with water to use; it lathers up just the right amount. When I wipe my face with a towel and touch it, it feels as moist as a baby's skin.
