Use this before cleansing.

I don't wear heavy makeup, so I rarely use oil; I usually just finish my routine using cleansing foam.

But sometimes, when I wipe with a cotton pad after cleansing, there is still some left lol

I usually just let it go, but...

To be honest, I don't really know the difference between expensive and cheap cleansers, but

I'm not sure about the effectiveness, but regarding that squeaky-clean feeling or the lather, there do seem to be slight differences depending on the product.

I'm also using this one well because it has a slightly squeaky clean feel.
