Senka Perfect Whip

I do try different cleansing oils and balms occasionally, but when it comes to foam cleansers, I haven't changed even once since I first discovered Perfect Whip in Japan 10 years ago. It creates a rich lather with just a small amount, and yet it's still affordable... it is truly the best. Before COVID, I traveled to Japan frequently, so I used to stock up at Don Quijote every time I went. These days, while the price is slightly different, it isn't that much of a difference compared to before, so it is easy to find. However, due to the Fukushima issue, I am currently debating whether I should switch products.
