Let me introduce the 'Apieu Mineral Lip & Eye Remover.' It is a lip and eye remover from Apieu. It is a product that claims to perfectly remove waterproof and long-lasting point makeup. Since I don't usually wear heavy makeup, I am not sure about the extent of its cleansing power. Like most lip and eye removers, it comes in a two-layer separate type. You should shake it first to mix the oil and water before use. I usually wash my entire face with a cleansing foam first, and then use the lip and eye remover specifically on my eyes. If you soak a cotton pad or cotton swab with the remover and wipe off the makeup, the area around your eyes becomes clean. If you don't use a lip and eye remover, powder-like residue remains around your eyes—like flakes from eyeliner or eyeshadow. That is why I think using an eye remover is really important.
