I received a sample from Papa Recipe a while ago and thought it was good, so I purchased it.
I've always used foam types, but I heard that powder foam is also good for exfoliation.
I bought this with my own money and tried it out, and it does smell like rice water, but
It seems to be quite effective for exfoliation as well.
