Cleansing Water & Cleansing Foam Recommendations

I recommend the Green Tea Cleansing Water that I love. It is incredibly gentle and removes most foundations, cushions, lip products, and eyeshadows. However, you need to double cleanse for waterproof mascara or eyeliner. That is why I use Neutrogena's cleansing foam for sensitive skin; it is very moisturizing, so it doesn't feel tight, which I like. I always use the foam cleanser because I'm worried residue might remain if I only use the water, and I am satisfied with it because it removes eyebrow mascara well.
