The cleansing milk my mom bought

My mom bought this huge size... but I'm not used to using things like cleansing milk yet.

Do I just apply this to my face and wipe it off with a pad?

The brand is from a lotion brand that the whole family uses, but I've never heard of their cleanser.

I don't use it because I have no experience, so the expiration date is fast approaching. I probably can't use it like lotion, right?
