Apieu Cream Blusher

This is Apieu's Juicy Pang Water Blusher. It looks like nail polish, both in appearance and brush, but it is a cream blusher. I like powders, but I also really like this type of cream blusher. I like that it allows for a dewy glow without compromising the hydrated complexion.
