Can you recommend a scented candle with a subtle fragrance?

I visited a friend's house and it smelled really nice. When I asked, they said they often light scented candles, and I want to create my own unique home scent as well. Are there any scented candles with a subtle fragrance? I like soap scents or natural scents. I'd like to smell them in person before buying, but it's difficult.
