My own hidden gem, Gua Sha

This is the gua sha I used when I first started practicing it.

You can buy rose quartz gua sha cheaply on sites like Coupang.

You can apply cream or oil to the desired area and massage gently.

I massage the jaw and neck line in the indented area at the top of the heart, and it feels really refreshing and like the swelling is going down.

It seems like there are many massage videos on YouTube, so you can refer to them and follow along!

If you do it too strongly, it can actually be harmful, so adjusting the intensity is important.

I've been using this consistently for a few weeks and actually seen results, so it's my secret weapon for getting prettier^^
