It looks a bit like a comb, and the rounded edges are finished excellently. My hands are on the smaller side, but it fits perfectly in one hand, so I can use it effectively, which I love. I tend to get severe headaches, but perhaps because I use it frequently on my temples and scalp, they have decreased a lot lately! It feels completely refreshing even when massaging the trapezius muscles or shoulder blades. Don't waste your money on massages!
