I recommend a simple gua sha.

This is the bellows gua sha I use.

It’s not a lightweight plastic material, nor is it extremely heavy, so I found it quite fine to use.

It is not a perfectly square shape, so you can change the direction and use it on various parts of the body.

I mainly use it to reduce facial swelling, but I also use it for lymphatic massage when I am tired.

Since they come as a pair, it's great to hold and use with both hands!
