I bought this out of curiosity after seeing a TV commercial, but it has become my favorite product. There is nothing better than this for loosening up my calves, which are tired from walking 10,000 steps every day. If I invest just 5 minutes a day, it feels like my legs are getting slimmer. It is so good that I bought another one and am even using it in the sauna.
It seems there is nothing better than this for killing time.
