Introducing the Gua Sha tool

A friend bought me one after trying it at a department store and saying it was good. I use it to rub along my facial contours, and it feels refreshing and loosens up when I rub it anywhere—on the back of my neck, upper arms, and legs. I hope to use it consistently; I used it frequently when I first received it, and I think I should use it properly again thanks to this post.
