Gua Sha to loosen tight muscles

This is the gua sha I have been using for a few days.

I bought this from Olive0, and it's convenient because it has a handle so I won't drop it.

It works on both the body and face, so it's great because you don't have to buy them separately.

I find it the most refreshing and enjoyable when the back of my neck is loosened up.

I bought this to try and get rid of some arm fat, but since I can use it all over, I haven't been able to put it down for days.
