It's a facial massage machine.
It has three temperature settings.
It is set to Normal, Cool, and Hot, and can be adjusted to the desired temperature.
It's nice to have, and it seems to last about 3 minutes for each temperature. I applied plenty of nourishing cream and massaged while watching TV.
It was good. I think it's good to do anything consistently.
