Gua Sha is really trendy these days, so there are all sorts of different types out there, but I bought mine before it became popular, so I'm using a basic water buffalo gua sha!
It's a basic form, but it feels incredibly refreshing for loosening up the face and neck! There are a lot of ways to use gua sha on the face on YouTube, so I've been watching those videos and trying it out.
I'm using it gently on my face. I heard that using it too forcefully can cause skin sagging!
I am seeing great results using the gua sha to loosen up my trapezius muscles. I can feel the circulation improving just by comfortably rubbing it back and forth, so I am really enjoying using it!
