Gua Sha recommendations

It seems like a lot of people are using this gua sha these days, so I decided to buy one too! Every night, after applying cream, I watched a YouTube video explaining how to use the gua sha and tried following along.

It definitely seems to reduce facial swelling a lot, and it gives the effect of brightening my skin tone!

Also, seeing the fat on my chin, which I had always been worried about, noticeably shrink, I wondered why I hadn't done this sooner!
