I highly recommend Gua Sha!

This is a ceramic gua sha that I got to try as a gift from an acquaintance.

I bought this from Meditherapy and liked it so much after trying it that I gifted it to myself as well. Since it's made of ceramic, it has a nice weight to it, and the bumps come in various shapes, so you can massage different areas depending on the spot! If you place it by your bed before going to sleep and use it for a massage, you'll get a really good night's sleep.
