When loosening tight arm and leg muscles after a workout

When loosening up from the neck to the trapezius muscle

When you want to refine your facial lines

I am always with Gua Sha.

 

One thing to note is that when using on bare skin

It doesn't slide and can cause injuries.

Apply body oil and massage with a gua sha.

I could do it, but I don't have any oil.

Before rinsing off the lather when showering

It wasn't bad using the gua sha.
