A tool that helps my blood circulation

This is the tool I use to help with my blood circulation.

I bought it cheaply at Daiso, and I've been using it for several years without it breaking or malfunctioning.

It feels refreshing to massage my face with it, and I use it frequently because it feels especially good to gently press up and down on the muscles around my neck.
