I recommend an eyebrow razor.

The blade is very sharp, neatly removing the messy hairs under the eyebrows. To use it, simply apply cream evenly to your eyelids, then gently shave with the blade. Wipe it off with a tissue for a clean finish.

I'm curious how everyone manages this.

I do it once or twice a week.
