Back when gua sha was trending, I stocked up on a few but didn't use them because I found it a hassle. Also, I heard that gua sha actually makes your face sag, so I was scared to use them, but
I happened to see beauty YouTuber In-ssi teaching me how to do Gua Sha, so I tried following along, and the swelling in my face has definitely decreased a little.
You only need to do it for exactly 5 minutes, and since there are no movements that forcefully push your face, I don't think you need to worry about your face sagging. I recommend it.
