A friend used to run an online store selling things like this, but they closed it down and moved on to something else, so it just ended up in my hands. I had just left it at home, but I decided to take it out to use various combs, and it turns out it is my younger brother's prized possession.
They said that the slightly plastic part of the comb stimulates the scalp, giving a refreshing feeling.
The comb part at the front isn't very long, so it removes tangles well without getting stuck, and I've been using it on my short hair after washing it a few times.
I used to see it often on the internet for a while, but I haven't seen it lately.
