Many people use them, but instead of buying an expensive one, I decided to just treat it as a throwaway and bought a cheap one.

Apply a generous amount of cream and rub vigorously without setting a time limit.

I was told not to push too hard, so I went gently.

But then again, I can't be too gentle lol

My face gets hot from doing it. Then I stop.

My arm hurts, but I'm going to try my best for now.
