Gua Sha for reducing swelling

Lately, I feel like my blood circulation in my face isn't very good and it swells easily, so I've been diligently massaging my face with this roller gua sha. After using it, the swelling seems to go down a bit, and it feels like some impurities are being flushed out, leaving my face feeling lighter the next day. My skin tone also seems to be brightening slightly, so I plan to continue using it.
