괄사하면 시원해서 좋네요
This is a gua sha I bought a few years ago. It's made of ceramic, so aside from the downside of having to handle it carefully for fear of it breaking, it's a good product!
Since I work in front of a computer, my neck and shoulders are very stiff, so when I get home, I apply body lotion and massage them in.
It feels refreshing and nice. It also helps loosen up tight muscles.
