I don't have particularly thick hair, and as I get older, I feel like it is thinning a little more, so I am using this product to prevent hair loss. I can't say that my hair isn't falling out noticeably, but I feel like I am shedding less, so I have been using it consistently. The scent has a herbal feel to it, so I like that it leaves my hair feeling refreshed after washing.
