My hair recommendations

I must have dyed my hair wrong because ever since then, it has faded to a lighter shade. It is so damaged that when I go to the salon, people ask if I bleached it. My hair is that thin and lacks strength and nourishment. However, I received a sample and loved it so much that I even purchased the product to use.
