My usual hair care product recommendations and routine
After experiencing hair falling out in clumps when washing my hair following childbirth, I now usually comb my hair, moisten my scalp with water, lather up, and wash it.
To minimize irritation, lather up a Pantene product, apply it to your hair, and then rinse it off.
I am using a tool like this to wash my scalp gently and thoroughly.
It's surprisingly refreshing, so it's perfect for shampooing twice!
Your scalp needs to be strong and healthy for your hair to grow healthily, so you should make sure to loosen the dirt and rinse it regularly, right?
After washing my hair, I use conditioner for soft hair. I pat the TS product, which is said to help with hair loss, onto my hair and rinse it off after washing my body.
Rinse thoroughly with water to ensure nothing remains on the scalp, and your daily care is done!
I use a Dyson to dry my hair, but since very hot air isn't good for hair, I use a medium temperature.
Thoroughly dry the scalp.
The temperature at which hair gets damaged varies from person to person, but I want to recommend Dyson because it allows you to adjust that!
Next, I am drying it while combing it with a comb.
On hot days like these, if you don't dry your hair completely, the temperature rises in the hot sun and damages it further, so it is best to dry it thoroughly before going out.
I roll it up and use it when going out or dressing up.
You can style your hair while drying it, so it damages your hair less than a regular hair iron.
If you take care of it like this, it will be less damaged!
