Lactic acid bacteria can have difficulty reaching the intestines because they are killed by stomach acid and bile acids. However, since a large amount of bile acid is secreted after a meal, it is best to consume lactic acid bacteria before eating. It is recommended to take them on an empty stomach immediately after waking up in the morning or before going to bed.

Before taking probiotics, you should drink a glass of water to dilute stomach acid. Since probiotics are sensitive to heat, it is best to take them with cold water whenever possible.

- Time of administration: After meals

Since lutein is a fat-soluble substance, consuming it during lunch or dinner, when the meal volume is high, can increase its absorption rate in the body.



13. Omega 3

500~2,000mg
- Time of administration: After meals

Since Omega-3 is also fat-soluble, it is best to consume it during lunch or dinner when the meal portion is large.

 

 

14. L-Arginine

1,000~3,000mg

Since arginine dissolves well in stomach acid, it is best to take it on an empty stomach when little acid is secreted. However, if you have a weak stomach or gastrointestinal issues, it is acceptable to take it after a meal or with milk on an empty stomach.



15. Milk Thistle

Milk thistle can be taken at any time convenient for you, regardless of meals. However, if you have a weak stomach or experience gastrointestinal discomfort after taking milk thistle, it is recommended to take it with plenty of water immediately after a meal.

 

 


16. Propolis

Propolis can also be taken at any time convenient for you, regardless of meals. Additionally, if you are taking it to boost immunity, it is best to consume it in the evening when immune cells are most active.



17. Glucosamine

1,500mg
- Time of administration: After meals

It is better to take glucosamine after it has been somewhat digested rather than immediately after a meal. However, if you have a stomach ulcer, it is better to take it during a meal.



18. Collagen

19. Red Ginseng

20. Evening Primrose Seed Oil

After meals

Evening primrose oil is fat-soluble and contains gamma-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid. Therefore, it should be consumed after a meal to increase absorption.
