If you want healthy skin, the first and most important thing to pay attention to is UV protection. Prolonged exposure to strong ultraviolet rays not only accelerates aging but also leads to the overproduction of pigment, which can result in age spots, melasma, and freckles.

If you want to protect your skin from UV rays, you must not forget to use sunscreen. Apply sunscreen thoroughly to your face and any sun-exposed areas 30 minutes before going out. For those who prefer a more thorough yet convenient method, choose a sun spray. Even after going out, reapplying it every 3 to 4 hours will provide complete UV protection.

 

If you want healthy skin, reduce the thickness of your makeup as much as possible. Instead of makeup that inevitably becomes thick due to the multiple steps required—such as primer, makeup base, and foundation—use multi-functional products like CC cream.

When applying skin makeup, it is best to focus on improving your complexion as much as possible. If there are areas that cannot be covered by CC cream alone, use concealer on those spots to achieve a thin and flawless finish.
