Early symptoms of hair loss

You should suspect early-stage hair loss if the following symptoms appear. First, the scalp hardens. A scalp exposed to dangerous conditions becomes tense even by minor stimuli, gradually becoming stiff. In other words, you can think of it as the scalp becoming tight, just like muscles. Second, there is mild pain when pressed. As the scalp becomes highly sensitive, blood vessels constrict, leading to poor blood circulation and sometimes accompanied by pain.

Third, hair becomes thinner. If nutrients are not supplied smoothly to the hair roots, the scalp becomes itchy, dandruff increases, and the hair thins. Fourth, sebum production on the scalp suddenly increases. If stress causes problems with the sebaceous glands, the amount of sebum secreted on the scalp increases abnormally. If this situation repeats, it leads to scalp troubles and inflammation, and eventually results in clogged pores.

Fifth, more than 100 hairs fall out a day. Normally, a healthy person loses about 50 to 70 strands of hair per day. However, if more than 100 hairs fall out daily, you should suspect early symptoms of hair loss.
