Regularly wearing a slight smile helps strengthen facial muscles.

Do not clench your molars; relax your lower jaw, open your mouth slightly, and try giving a soft smile.

You can also consciously practice smiling brightly.

 

Smile slightly exaggeratedly in front of the mirror and hold it for 10 seconds.

Take a short break and repeat 5 times.

If you habitually keep your mouth slightly open and lift your cheeks to maintain a smiling face, your cheek muscles will be strengthened.

You can prevent nasolabial folds from forming.
