My recommendation for menstrual cramps

I think I got through my period without any cramps thanks to this.

It’s not like my stomach hurts the entire time I’m working, but on the first or second day, it really hurts so much that it’s hard to even move. My boyfriend knew that, so he bought this for me, telling me I needed to keep my stomach warm. I tried using it, and honestly, my stomach barely hurt at all. Whenever it felt a little painful, I just had to lightly press on the spot where it was attached, and it got better, so I didn't have a hard time getting through work.

The size seems perfect for sticking on the lower abdomen, and the adhesive is strong, so I didn't have to worry about it falling off and it stayed on all day.

I plan to use this often from now on!
