Eyeliner that lasts 24 hours??

If you dab a little powder on your fingertip and rub it onto the area where you want to draw your eyeliner before applying it, there won't be any smudging or clumping at all.

When I drew the line after rubbing it with fine powder, the clarity lasted a long time without smudging. I recommend this when using liquid or brush pen liners rather than pencils. Please note that you should apply a thin layer just to remove excess oil to draw a line without it looking choppy.

TIP. Since the middle finger requires relatively more force and can apply the powder too thickly, it is recommended to dab it on with the ring finger.
