I have a face mask that soothes breakouts when they flare up.
It's a wash-off face mask!!
Please apply that to the troubled areas with a cotton swab before going to bed.
And I wash it off with a face wash after I wake up haha
It's a tip I got recommended at a department store, and I definitely found it to have a soothing effect!!
I use Origins wash-off masks haha.
