1) Use your index, middle, and ring fingers to firmly press the hollow of your collarbone. Press for about 3 seconds while exhaling, then fully release your fingers while inhaling. Repeat about 5 times on each side.
2) Grasp the earlobe and pull it up, down, or sideways, or rotate it in a circular motion. This loosens the area around the ear where lymph tends to accumulate.
3) Place the four fingers excluding the thumb in the hollow below the ear, and slowly rub downwards toward the collarbone. Once your fingers touch the hollow of the collarbone, pump for about 3 seconds.
Please repeat this movement about 5 times.
